Ingredients

- 1/2 cup plain oats
- 1/3 cup plain kefir
- 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup (to taste)
- Sliced berries and banana
Instructions
- In a small bowl, place the oats, kefir, almond milk and raw cacao.
- Stir until combined.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, coconut and maple syrup.
- Top with fresh fruit and enjoy.
Notes
To make this recipe ahead of time, combine the ingredients in an airtight jar and keep in the refrigerator up to 3 days. Add additional milk to loosen as needed.
